PrepMD  accepts and reviews applications for its FEBRUARY, MAY and SEPTEMBER training sessions on a rolling basis.

All sessions will limit enrollment to ensure that the most interpersonal approach to learning the intricacies of CRM device support is maintained.

Each session prepares students to be considered for employment within the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) device industry. The major CRM companies are Medtronic, St. Jude Medical, Boston Scientific, Biotronik, and Sorin Group.

The PrepMD educational experience is comprehensive and unique:

  • conducted in state-of-the-art training facilities in Braintree, MA
  • incorporates proprietary training mediums such as an on-site device simulation laboratory (PrepLab)
  • utilizes interactive tools (e.g. Programmer Bar) to enhance the learning experience

Instruction is conducted by full time proctors from the device industry, as well as by guest lecturers, including physicians and associated professionals from some of Boston’s most prestigious medical centers. Key opinion leaders within the CRM space from around the world will provide real-time, interactive lecture sessions that will deepen the educational experience for each student.

These Braintree-based learning sessions are further complimented with clinical observations, conducted within Boston’s renowned teaching centers.

Initial clinical text books, study guides, laboratory equipment, scrubs, and limited liability insurance for each student are all included in the tuition fee.
